Network Weaver Merges With Leadership Learning Community
As many of you know, June Holley has been supporting this networkweaver site for the last several years. Next year she will be focusing full-time on writing a book on transformative networks. June has asked a trusted partner, Leadership Learning Community (LLC), to take on the care and building of NetworkWeaver as a robust resource and place of connection for leveraging work on behalf of social and racial justice.
We are asking you to help support this transition so that you and your networks can continue to access the wonderful resources of the networkweaver site!

LLC is a national nonprofit organization transforming the way leadership development work is understood, practiced and promoted, primarily within the nonprofit sector. They are an excellent fit with the values of networkweaver: they center equity and a leaderful networked approach to leadership; they see networks as a critical path forward; and their mission is aligned closely with ours.
“We strive to advance a more just and equitable society by transforming the way leadership development work is understood, practiced and promoted.. We believe that promoting leadership as a process that is more inclusive, networked and collective, will have a greater impact in advancing equity. “ Leadership Learning Community Mission Statement
June and Marie, as well as many of the NW consultants, have worked on many projects together over the last ten years, and we have an excellent and trusting working relationship with LLC staff.
LLC will continue to send out weekly newsletters and share new information on social media. June will continue to share her latest thinking through blog posts and new resources.
If you have benefited from the information and resources on the site, now is the time to show your appreciation!

The site costs about $80,000 to run each year. This includes staff to upload, edit and prepare blog posts and resources, site management, an extensive social media presence, an equity fund to support blog posts from BIPOC and international voices and a community of practice for network consultants. June has been donating these funds because she feels so strongly that network strategies have the potential to bring the systems change needed so that the world is good for all of us. But now that she will no longer be working as a consultant, she will not have the funds to support this site.
If just 10% of the 18,000 people who receive our messages through our social media and e-newsletter would contribute $25, we would have a substantial portion of the money we need to continue next year! Please consider donating to help this site continue.
